For this week's task, I wasn't quite sure how to find an opportunity to 'pay it forward' but luckily enough, today one of my friends needed help moving from his old place to his new place. My oldest friend and I went over to help, and we spent the day repainting the walls back to white. We had a blast!
It's been a little over a year since I left RI, but my friends in Providence helped me move without blinking an eye. I know how stressful moving can be (I've moved every single year for the past 4 or 5 years) and it ended up being a pleasure to help my friend today. I know he really appreciated it, and I definitely felt good about helping.
